At Qylexo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our 30-day refund policy applies to products that arrive defective, damaged, faulty, or materially different from what was ordered.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your product arrives defective, damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@qylexo.co within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video evidence where appropriate. We will review your request and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange an appropriate resolution.

Where a refund is approved for a defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price using your original payment method. Where applicable, we may also provide return instructions or a return shipping label.

Returns for Change of Mind

Our 30-day refund policy does not provide refunds for general change-of-mind returns.

However, nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including any legal right to cancel an online order or any rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

Once we have reviewed your request and approved the refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

We may not provide a refund where the product has been damaged as a result of misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product's care or usage instructions.
